I picked up my T1 at the factory and was greeted by several of their staff. Very impressed with their knowledge of the product and level of customer service. They made me feel like a valued customer. I was impressed by their facility and it was obvious this company had the knowledge, resources, and people to build an amazing product.I love my T1. The quality is superb. It attaches to my Mooney with ease. The gradual start and stop of the motor makes moving the aircraft smooth and without jerking movements. I have a significant incline to my hangar ramp but the T1 pushes my Mooney up this incline with ease. The LED headlight on the unit makes night operations convenient.
