Front-Wheel Drive (FWD)
Drive wheels are at the front of the power wheelchair and there are two caster wheels at the rear.
Mid-wheel drive (MWD)
Drive wheels are directly under the user, and there are four caster wheels on the ground- two in front and two behind the drive wheels.
Rear-wheel drive (RWD)
Drive wheels are at the rear of the power wheelchair and there are two caster wheels at the front.
